Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders  
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at dchebiotech@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
DCHE Biotech LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

Address Accuracy  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
