1. Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping is available at checkout.
- Tracking information is provided once the order is shipped.
- DCHÉ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
- We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Sale items and custom products are final sale and non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
- Wholesale pricing is available for orders of 50+ units of the same item.
- Bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable.
6. Payment Methods
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
- Payments must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.
7. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy
- If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you will be billed automatically based on your chosen schedule.
- Subscriptions can be modified or canceled anytime through your account settings.
